What you can earn
NEW
Earn an extra 5¢ on every paid mile run in a calendar year, paid as one lump sum in Q1 of the following year. Restrictions apply — ask your recruiter.
Starting base pay per practical mile
$1.01 to $1.04 /mile
(based on experience and endorsements)

What to expect
- Full truckload, dry van
- Home every 18 days for 5 days (truck stays at the terminal in Ohio or Pennsylvania)
- Home for Thanksgiving and the day after, if requested
- Work the Saturday after Thanksgiving for 25 days straight, then take up to 5 days of earned time off
- No PTO during the week of Christmas or the week after

Hiring bonus
Truck Drivers new to Barr-Nunn are eligible for the following hiring bonus in this position, for a limited time. The 60-day bonus applies when hired between 10/05/26 and 11/06/26.

Qualifications
- A valid and current Class A CDL
- 8 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months is sufficient if Teaming with an experienced driver-call for details)
- No DWIs in the past 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation (company truck drivers only for HPE)
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure
